Registration and Fees
Please register using the form below so that your CPD certificate may be made available. Registration fees are £55. The early bird fee of £45 is available until 16th February 2024. Please indicate if you are a trainee and the deanery you are attached to, to avail of the reduced trainee registration fee of £30.
Fees may be submitted by BACS to Kettering Eye Meeting Account using your personal reference as follows. For e.g. John Smith - JSMIT2023.
